Institute offers educational programs from mediation to education. We offer a
series of fully accredited mediation trainings along with advanced workshops on
topics of interest to those in the conflict resolution and communication field. Please contact us to register for upcoming classes.
Registration costs include all materials and continental breakfast each day.

The Parenting Plan A-Z
Every divorce requires a Parenting Plan. Creating a parent-ing plan should not be an exercise in the adversarial talents of counsel. Judges, child psychologists, social workers and mediators all agree the best parenting plan is one conceived collaboratively by both parents.

Comprehensive Negotiation Workshop
Based on the principles and teachings of the Harvard Negotiation Program and Dr. Lewicki of The Ohio State University who says "Negotiators are made not born". Be empowered and comfortable as a negotiator. Fundamentals of Mediation
This three-day course presents a step-by-step approach to conflict resolution in a highly interactive training format. The curriculum emphasizes:
Principles of conflict
Becoming a communication coach
Interest-based problem solving
Learning the mediation process
Managing the emotional environment
This course is designed for public and private sector managers, attorneys, human service professionals and those who are called upon to channel diverse opinions into workable solutions.

Advanced and Family Mediation
This interdisciplinary workshop provides students with the basics of family mediation practice. While the mediation of family disputes can be the basis of a successful practice, it is also one of the most demanding applications of mediation principles. The responsible divorce mediator must be prepared to assist parties in making informed decisions resolving the web of complex issues at a time disputants need a technique for handling difficult emotional and financial decisions.

The Peaceable Workplace
An interdisciplinary workshop for managers, human resource professionals and administrators. In the workplace we are, on a daily basis, faced with a series of great opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. Learn skills to enhance your ability to initiate and maintain a productive workplace. Unresolved workplace conflicts have negative impacts that reach far beyond the involved parties. If you don't manage the problems they will manage you and the workplace.
